NOTE: Payments are processed by PayPal but a PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED.

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Online payment instructions:

1. After clicking the  Make Payment Now" button below you will be taken to a PayPal page where you will enter the payment amount in the box titled "Price per item".
2. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to checkout.
3. On the next page, if you want to pay using your PayPal account, provide your PayPal login information and click the "Log In" button. If you want to pay with a credit card, skip this step and go to step #4.
4. Click "Pay with Debit or Credit card" button which will take you to the payment page.
5. Enter your debit or credit card information and click the "Pay Now" button.
